Our residential service in Upminster provides Nursing and Residential care for 60 frail and elderly residents, and we're easily accessible from Upminster station. * Virtual Dementia Training - a scientific method proven to improve understanding of Dementia
* Online learning with dedicated consultant support

* Our residents want to become more independent but do need help with full Personal care
* Care plans are set up individually to give each person their dedicated support so you can enjoy personalised care - no 2 people are the same!

* Be willing to develop your knowledge through continual professional development


* Flexible availability to work shifts (we have 22, 33 and 44-hour contracts available)
* NVQ L2/3 desirable but not essential
* Some experience in care desirable (ask if you are not sure)
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
