Mobile Fabric Engineer - South East - up to £32K + Van

Our client is a leading FM and maintenance provider in the UK with a number of high profile contracts across the country, ranging from government buildings, to hospitals and covering all other types of commercial buildings.

They currently require 15 full time Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Plumbers to work on a mobile basis working across London ans the South East on large retail contract. The candidate will be either plumbing or carpentry bias with City & guilds qualifications in either trade.

You will be working across a number of sites across London carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of retail sites.

The main role of the successful candidate will be general building maintenance and all types of fabric work such as tiling fixing doors, locks, fixing windows, Ground works, painting, carpentry, plumbing, floor tiles, basic electrical and mechanical duties ect.

Hours of work

Monday - Friday - 8am to 5pm - Mobile
