Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working for a well established, international contractor? Are you interested in working on a shift pattern without having to do nights?

I am currently recruiting for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer, to work within a very high end, government premises.

Although this is a electrically biased role, you will still be expected to have a general understanding of mechanical / hvac plant equipment ie:, AHUs/FCUs - filters, belts, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks and etc along with general building services ie: lights, sockets, emergency light testing and etc.

Due to the nature of the environment you must be able to pass an enhanced security check.

Package:

* Up to £37,500 basic salary
* Days only - 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:00)
* Company Pension
* Large amount of Overtime available for an increase in earnings
* High end, high security premises
* High amounts of training on offer
* This particular are company are extremely good for staff development within the business
* Other company benefits on offer

Requirements:

* Experience working in commercial building services
* Apprentice Trained (Preferable, not essential)
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* General understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
