Part Time Finance Assistant

£18-21000 - PRO RATA

An immediate opportunity has arisen a reliable and hard working Finance Assistant to join a charity based in St Albans. This is a fantastic position for an experienced finance candidate to join a well established charity that work to improve the lives of people with mental health issues. Centrally based in St Albans, this role will include responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and additional finance duties.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will include:

* Updating Purchase Ledger
* Entering invoices and BACS payments onto Quickbooks
* Dealing with queries
* Remittances
* Monthly reporting
* Payroll
* Supplier reconciliation
* Administrative tasks

The ideal Finance Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:

* 1+ year previous Finance experience
* Microsoft Excel experience
* Proactive attitude and able to be hands on
* Able to hit the ground running
* Seeking part time hours
