This is a full time permanent position, working 40 hours a week. In this position you will be allocating work to workers around the country. Your role will involve fully monitoring these jobs and ensuring that everything is accurately recorded.

As a work allocation coordinator, your responsibilities will include;
*Allocating roles to engineers based all around the UK
*Monitoring open roles
*Recording all details of work performed onto the correct systems
*Speaking to customers and clients via telephone and email
*Other related administration duties as necessary

Skills and experience required;
*Ability to utilise maps for route planning
*Great written and verbal communication skills
*Minimum of 1-2 years office experience
*Ability to use MS Office and good keyboard skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Ability to take initiative
