Are you an experienced Customer Care Coordinator? Do you thrive on delivering excellent customer service? Are you looking for your next temporary position within the Exeter area?

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the core Customer base, with any direct enquiries that need to be dealt


* Delivering exceptional Customer experiences, revolutionising service and building relationships of trust
* Problem solving - finding the root cause of the problem and finding a solution
* Go above an beyond, creating positive feedback
* Take ownership of the customer query, ensuring the customer gets the result they need
* Be into the detail, ensuring customer records are kept accurately and stored correctly
* Go all in, doing a good job and working as a team


* Ability to build relationships
* Exceptional Communication skills
* Presentation skills
* Initiative and Proactivity
* Concern for Accuracy
* Previous experience in Customer Service is required
