Do you have a internal recruitment background and looking for a new opportunity?

One of our clients in the North Bristol area are looking to recruit someone with a strong internal recruitment background for a 3 month contract.

To start ASAP, Full Time Hours.

Job Role:

To coordinate all of the organisations recruitment process. To check all line managers job specs to make sure they are compliant before they get sent out.

They are looking for someone with experience of delivering recruitment activity within an organisation, knowledge of equality and diversity in recruitment, strong organisational and planning skills; contract management skills and experience; knowledge of Immigration "right to work" requirements; ability to implement & advice on key policies e.g. recruitment & selection; and effective team working and relationship management skills.

This would ideally suit someone who can engage with stakeholders across and outside of the organisation, is a team player with strong organisational and planning skills and is looking to focus on recruitment and also broaden their HR experience and skills.

Desirable: CIPD Qualification, Level A Psychometrics
