1st Line IT Support - £20,000 to £21,000

A new first line support analyst is needed to join an established, successful, international legal firm based in the centre of Bristol. They have established a fantastic company culture that supports its employees by investing in training that will improve your skillset.

As part of the role you will provide 1st line, IT support to internal users across the globe, working with client systems that are Microsoft Windows based. You will also have a fantastic opportunity to work closely along side the IT manager and the more senior members of the team that will allow you learn and develop your skills.

As the successful Service Desk Analyst you must have:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Working knowledge of windows operating systems

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes a salary of circa £20,000 - £21,000.
