£8.50 per Parking Onsite, subsidised canteen

Shift 1 - 07:00 - 13:00 Mon - Fri (30 hours)

Shift 2 - 16:00 - 21:00 Mon - Fri (25 hours).

We currently have exciting opportunities for Administrators who are available for an immediate start within a busy and vibrant client based in Morley.

Responsibilities within this role will include;

* Supporting our off shore contact centre/stores with complex customer payment queries
* Dealing with real time issues and prioritising workload is key
* Identify issues in order to alert our Operations Team to investigate
* Attention to detail is key as working with confidential customer information.
* Analysing data to spot potential fraudulent orders

To be successful within this role you will have the following;

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in using IT
* Ability to multitask and gather information from multiple sources
* Flexible and willingness to learn
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work methodically
