I urgently require a Project Quantity Surveyor for a bespoke B&B contractor to work on a high rise commercial project consisting of bars, hotels and restaurants in the West End. This is an ongoing long term contract.

Role: Project Quantity surveyor

Location: West end

Rate: £300- £350 p/d depending on experience


* Procurement

* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings


* Central to 5 train stations
* Lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby
* Central of a very sociable area: Theatres, Bars, Museum, Clubs
* Small park nearby for a lunchtime stroll
* Long duration

Requirements: fit-out/ refurbishment experience

Project: High rise commercial project consisting of bars, hotels and restaurants
