** PROJECT QS NEEDED FOR LONG TERM CONTRACT BASED IN THE WEST END **

I urgently require a Project Quantity Surveyor for a bespoke B&B contractor to work on a high rise commercial project consisting of bars, hotels and restaurants in the West End. This is an ongoing long term contract.

Role: Project Quantity surveyor

Location: West end

Rate: £300- £350 p/d depending on experience

Duties:

* Procurement
* Variations
* Evaluations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings
