Do you love the buzz of working in a lively office? Are you looking to work in customer service?

We have an exciting opportunity based in Coventry.

The Customer Contact Centre is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. You will be handling calls for a variety of different enquiries to both internal and external customers.

The shift patterns are as follows;

5.00am - 2.00pm

11:00am - 8:00pm

8:00pm - 5:00am

As our Contact Centre is a 24/7 operation, you will work on a rota basis which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

* Answering all incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to client emails
* Adhering to escalation processes and procedures as appropriate
* Ensuring all calls are logged
* Dealing with any additional duties

Your skills/Experience

* Previous experience of working in a customer service environment (ideally office based)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Flexibility to working shift patterns
* Experience with SAP would be beneficial
