Civil Engineer needed by a well established multi-national design consultancy for their Welwyn Garden City office. They have around 20 staff in the office at the moment.
The suitable candidate will be Chartered or nearing Chartership with the ICE. You will be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage software in addition to having a minimum BSc in Civil Engineering. You must have sound experience in flood risk assessments, SuDS, pavement designs, managing projects, checking and preparing engineering reports, drawings and figures to a high standard. You must also have experience in sectional agreements including S28, S38, S104 and S106 as well as proven good management skills.
You must have experience in the design of building infrastructure works including both highways and drainage. You should also have experience in site development works and residential scheme developments. Finally, you should have excellent knowledge of design standards and good project management skills.
