Trampoline therapy, Forest School and community visits... your day will revolve around the students' educational sessions as you accompany them to and from each venue and provide encouragement throughout. You will support students on a one to one basis and in groups to build their skills help them to gain independence.

Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- Provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- Feedback to the main teacher in regards to students' progress and areas for improvement
- Attend meetings and extra training days
- Participate in all activities throughout the day, including outdoor activities and community visits
- Ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson


Key requirements:
- Own means of transport (as public transport cannot be accessed here)
- Experience working in a SEN, Education or Care role
- A willingness to learn new skills
