Pre-Construction Manager- Main Contractor

Are you a competent Pre-Construction Manager looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop as seen by many of the staff currently there?

My client, a leading Main Contractor with nearly 150 years experience is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join the team to help manage the bid process on a range of construction projects within the area. Reporting into a Pre-Construction Director you will work with consultants, clients and the supply chain to achieve this.

The office, in Central London is easily accessible by Public Transport and Private vehicle.

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to successfully lead the Pre-Construction team whilst managing several bid processes which has the potential to offer promotions and progression down the line due to the pipeline of work the business has.

Key Skills

* Degree Qualification or Equivalent
* CIOB or Equivalent]
* Experience in collecting and writing the construction methodology content material for quality tender submissions
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong communication
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
