Sensational new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established, successful public and private sector team based in Nottingham!!!

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a highly successful team, who will work on a variety of projects, including: education, property, manufacturing, and the public sector. These projects range in value from £500,000 to £20 million and are with a variety of high profile clients giving you a diverse and exciting workload. Responsibilities:

* Lead and provide effective delivery of Project Management services across a wide range of market sectors
* Support Project Managers on complex multi-faceted projects
* Provide support to the PM team as required on all business issues

Requirements:

* You will have a relevant construction qualification
* Have experience of both pre and post contract project management responsibilities, and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients
* Have experience of both public and private sector clients
* Have experience in working on projects within the Education, Property, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector
* Able to manage a project throughout its lifecycle
* Able to manage a large team
* Have a general knowledge of current legal developments in respect of construction and associated law
* Able to effectively chair and minute meetings
* Able to collaborate with other disciplines and the client's representative
* Be able to keep abreast of relevant legislative changes
* Managing commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects including governance, fee management activities, together with internal job costings, resource requirements and inter-trading
* Keeping abreast of industry issues and developments in best practice
* Knowledge of current legal and regulatory developments in respect of construction and associated law
* Practical understanding of commercial processes and profitability
* Experience of successfully managing clients' and their expectations

* Ideally you will be Chartered with a relevant institution or be working towards it
