This smaller than average village nursery on the outskirts of Crawley are looking for an engaging and creative room leader to join there nursery setting. The role is a permanent position and is required from May 2019 on a full-time basis. The setting is recognised in the local community for its sunny disposition and welcoming ethos. The staff are supported from the get-go and as a result, the nursery has an exemplary staff retention rate. The nursery currently educates 50 pupils from the local catchments and is always fully subscribed. The setting is fortunate to have modern resources and site and outstanding outdoor learning areas.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
● Level 3 or above Early years Qualification
● Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)
● Relevant knowledge of the EYFS current national curriculum
● Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
● Providing engaging and interactive activities
● Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
● Planning and preparing all subjects within the current national curriculum
