Are you a Portfolio Analyst looking for a role with one of the UK's largest Construction companies?

Responsible for supporting the delivery of a portfolio of change programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with both the Group IT and Business Unit Strategies, and providing subject matter expert support to IT project/programme managers, technical IT managers and business stakeholders. Also responsible for ensuring reporting and governance compliance, & will contribute to Portfolio performance reporting, project support & quality assessments.

Key Accountabilities will include:

* To build strong relationships in IT & across business units, facilitating the adoption of agreed IT Portfolio methodologies
* Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
* Assist in the production of financial reporting/KPI's for the Portfolio
* Ensure all projects produce the required documentation of appropriate quality, as they transition through the agreed stage gates of the project lifecycle
* Ensure strong project governance routines (such as RAID management, communication framework, change control, benefit analysis etc.) are conducted to the agreed quality/timescales You will be an effective communicator and influencer and have demonstrable experience in communicating and influencing technical IT resources responsible for designing & implementing change; and can do the same with non IT individuals who represent the business.

You will have worked successfully as a IT Portfolio Analyst with knowledge of project management methodologies, and be an expert user of MS Project and MS Office toolset and hold Prince2 and/or APMG Change Management.
