Interim Estates Manager - Client Direct - Central London - £25.00 - £30.00 per hour

An exciting interim opportunity has arisen to join a leading institution in London and become part of their busy in house maintenance team.

The role is available due to a recent restructure and they are looking for a mechanically biased estates manager to actively manage the estates function including but not limited to maintenance, mechanical and electrical works, ensuring a high quality service delivery is provided enhancing the overall experience of those working at the estates.

The role will be managing a team of 6 technicians and will be working a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.

From a qualifications point of view all applicants must be fully qualified to city and guilds of HND/HNC level and previous experience of working within a commercial maintenance environment is essential.

The role will initially be employed on a temporary basis with a view to a possible permanent contract being offered dependant on performance.

Applicants must have strong communication skills, confidence and enthusiasm and must have the ability to lead and develop a team of people.

Applicants must also be computer literate, confident in report writing and have proven advanced applied knowledge of estates management.

The successful applicant will be required to participate on an on-call rota as part of their role.
