Electrical Estimator - Romford - £55,000 to £65,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a demonstrated history of delivering commercial and retail tenders?

Do you have the ability to work on multiple tenders at the same time?

My client are a leading M&E Contractor delivering a huge array of projects across various sectors including Commercial, Retail & health care projects up to £8 million M&E.

You will join a hugely successful commercial team, and sit just beneath the Estimating Lead for the business division, putting you in a prime place to move into a senior position within the company.

Duties for an Electrical Estimator:

* Review Tender Documents for potential risk and exposure and provide key information across the contract team
* Attend site surveys
* Review tender documents
* Maintain compliance
* Take offs from electrical designs
* Check for scope and design gaps
* Procurement
* Preparing tender qualifications
* To work with and maintain the existing company estimating department procedures.
* Preparation of all documents to meet the company standards
* Value Engineering
* Submitting tenders for a review
* After tender submission ensure all tenders are chased and all directors and managers are kept informed of the bid prospects.
* Manage work load to ensure deadlines are met

Package for Electrical Estimator:

* Starting salary of between £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
