Product Owner - Cardiff

An innovative FinTech software house in Cardiff is urgently seeking a new Product Owner to join their team. They are going through an exciting period of growth and change - bringing new products to market and re-engineering their existing tech stack to add new functionality to their existing product set. You will be at the forefront of that change - taking ownership of the product vision and lifecycle.

You will work closely with a passionate team of software developers, testers, UX Designers and business stakeholders to shape the evolution of the software products in an agile environment. Developing customer-centric product designs and user experiences will be key as you deliver the next generation of fin-tech software to a global client base.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A successful background as a Product Owner working in a software / technology environment

- Experience of working in Agile teams

- Able to work on multiple concurrent projects / product work streams

- Excellent communication skills and able to engage with business and client stakeholders

- Any experience of Jira, Bugzilla or similar bug tracking tools would be an advantage

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £45,000 - £53,000 depending on skills and experience
