Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the North East of England?

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work on a number of exciting projects across the North East part of our building business. I am currently looking for candidates to work on residential, healthcare and other commercial projects with a view to assisting in securing future work in the area.

Package & Benefits:

* Up to £80k Basic salary

Key responsibilities:

* Contributing to the value engineering and build-ability of the project
* Conducting regular site safety checks
* Ensuring the project runs to program and budget
* Agreement of programmes and methods of construction with Planner and other appropriate production personnel
* Ensuring the project team comply with the Companies Business Management System
* Managing multi disciplinary teams
* Cost Control
* Maintaining effective long term relationships with the customer and their representatives/ advisors
* Monitoring, support, mentoring and counselling members of the project team in their personal development
* Weekly review of progress against Target Programme


* Previous Project Management experience working with large specifically on Design and Build projects upwards in value of £40m+
* Experience of project planning
* Must have prior industrial experience
* Minimum HNC qualified
* 5 day SMSTS
* Professional qualification
* High level of leadership and management skills
* Relevant sectors: Residential, Healthcare
