Roles and Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

* Booking meeting rooms
* First point of contact for visitors / subcontractors
* answering phone calls / emails
* Making teas / drinks for guest and visitors
* Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
* Building relationships with visitors / subcontractors

Candidate Requirements:

* Must have a bubbly and friendly personality
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and show a good work ethic
* Be a team player
