Ideally you will have had experience recruiting within a fast paced, high volume environment. You will have the chance to work for a leading onstruction company based in Camden.

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 with an early finish on a Friday!

Internal Recruiter Role and Responsibilities:

* Advertise internal vacancies on the company website and all social media platforms
* Screen CVs / Candidates
* Organise interviews with project team and give feedback to candidates
* Deal with agencies who will assist with recruitment
* Assist HR with managing compliance within the recruitment process / inductions

Internal Recruiter Requirements:

* Previous recruitment experience is ideal
* Recruiting within construction / engineering / property / manufacturing / logisitcs or similar industry
* Self motivated and confident
* Professional and Hardworking
* Able to work independently
