We are looking for a support worker who can thrive in a fast-paced working environment, supporting elderly service users who live with dementia, short term memory impairment and learning disabilities.

Our team work closely together to ensure that all service user's needs are met and each individual is free from discrimination, whilst promoting and encouraging service users in expressing their needs, views and concerns. The support team is also responsible for helping service users with practical tasks, such as shopping.

Roles and responsibilities
* Providing levels of care and support appropriate to the general needs of the service users in accordance with their care plans
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the service users in accordance with the company's safeguarding policy
* Establishing warm, caring and professional relationships with the service users
* Offering appropriate levels of support, guidance and care
* Conducting daily tasks around the home such as cleaning and cooking

* Weekly pay
* A 12-week trial period if necessary
* One point of contact (team specialist consultant)
* A competitive 'Refer a friend' scheme awarding £300 in vouchers per successful placement
* Free training
