Senior Site Manager - Leading Residential Developer

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager? Do you have extensive residential experience? Are you wanting to work for an expanding leading residential developer? Are you wanting to be seen as an employee and not just a number? Want to work for an organisation with realistic build programmes?

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
* Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
* Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory * Meet contractual conditions of performance
* Review the work progress on a daily basis
* Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
* Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
* Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
* Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
* Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

About yourself

* At least 5 years in a similar role
* Knowledge of commercial works
* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
* Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations * Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
* Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
* Meet contractual conditions of performance
* Review the work progress on a daily basis
* Well organised, diplomatic, proactive, assertive and well-disciplined
* Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
* A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
