Receptionist - Immediate start £9.50p/h

The Heights, Brooklands KT13

* Monday - Friday 10.00am - 18.00pm
* Salary £9.50 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:

* Establish excellent working relationships with client and customers to deliver a high level of customer service
* Meeting and greeting customers, ensuring hosts are aware of visitors arriving
* Keeping the reception area tidy
* Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls
* Management of visitor wi-fi system
* Ordering taxis for visitors and staff as required
* Management of access control system, including the issue of building passes
* Meeting room bookings and management
* Managing access and egress for contractors
* Contractor control
* Visitor management
* Daily completion of electronic e-log records including management of reactive work requests/ complaints etc
* General site administration
* Willingness to attend any training courses required to support the function of the role
* Escalation of incidents to management team
* Other duties as requested as assigned to him/her by the FM Manager

Requirements:

* Experience in a high demanding customer service environment is essential
* Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* "Can do attitude"
* A willingness to adapt to change and support fellow FM team members.
* Candidates must be prepared to undertake training to hold an SIA manned guarding licence and will be put through BS7858 security vetting. Failure to declare any convictions or CCJs will result in termination of contract of employment
