Are you confident in sales and love being on the phone? Would you like to make your next role your own and grow with an expanding company?

We are recruiting for someone to join an expanding sales team for a fleet management company in Hampton in Arden, near to Solihull. You will be joining a large office, as part of the sales/ customer service team who have around 10 in their team. The office is really friendly, and enthusiastic in what they do. If you have a proven track record of sales or want to get into this industry, this could be the role for you!

Your responsibilities in sales:

* Ensuring sales performance targets are achieved
* Handling the large volumes of inbound calls and enquiries
* Answering employees initial queries - supporting when required and then passing on to the relevant department
* Provide quotes and options as needed for customers when they are considering a new vehicle
* Follow up on quotes sent out to answer queries and maximise sales opportunities
* Guide customers through the process of quoting, ordering and delivery
* Occasionally attend client company's premises for on-site marketing activities and to create enquiries from activities such as employee surgeries, staff presentations and personal consultations to answer queries and provide quotes
* Assist in other areas of the business, as and when deemed necessary - particularly with the customer service team

Your skills/ experience

* Must be self motivated
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
* Must be confident when dealing with customers to negotiate prices, follow leads and overcome objections
* Experience of retail vehicle leasing and/or employee benefit schemes would be advantageous but not essential
* Must be able to use own initiative
