Our client is looking for a Quality Support Controller on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday - Friday), and 9am - 1pm (1 in every 3 Saturdays). They are looking for a confident individual, who can provide support and guidance to customers.

The Duties:
*Providing a high level of customer support to customers
*Advising customers on process control
*Attending internal and external meetings
*Maintaining systems
*Providing reports on technical trends
*Product testing
*Any related project work

To be successful you must have:
*Strong telephone based customer service experience, with strong communication skills
*Ability to pick up things quickly
*Good problem solving skills
*Confident/assertive/personable
*Can-do attitude
