Accounts Payable Specialist - Coalville - Leading Company

Are you a proven AP or Accounts Administrator looking for your next challenge?

Our leading Construction based client based in Coalville are seeking a driven and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to work within there head office on a permanent basis. Working within a busy Accounts team to will help ensure that the business capitalises on and adheres to the supply chain payments and terms.

Duties Include:

* Checking and processing supplier information - ensuring compliant supplier
* Checking supplier statements
* Producing Supplier reconciliations
* Processing supplier invoicing
* Management of consolidated
* Building supplier relationships
* Training the wider business with AP process and supplier terms
* Work closely with procurement to ensure reputable supplier and allocated process

Experience needed:

* Proven AP experience - ideally within a large practice or Sheared Service environment
* Exposure to supplier management - query resolution and compliance
* Solid IT capability including excel (Pivot, V-lookup etc...)
* Professional, motivated and solid stakeholder / customer management skills
* Experience with accounting packages e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar
* Keen to learn and progress
* Driver and own transport (office is remote location and some travel required)
* desirable - team leader or supervisor experience
