As a Global Payments Administrator you'll be responsible for analysing data to make compliance decisions, applying an analytic approach to processing tasks, including at time making improvements to current processes. Working as part of the Lloyds Banking Group team you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of demanding operational support procedures, using your own judgement to make decisions.

By supporting a range of both internal and external enquiries you'll gain an understanding of what matters to the customers and how you can provide them with the very best experience. You'll be pro-active, self-motivated, keen to learn and show great attention to detail - all driven by the desire to get the right outcomes for the customer every time.
