Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Hours: 40 hours per week (typically Monday - Friday)

Salary: £33,500

Location: Mobile within South East Midlands

Vehicle: Company Van

You will be joining a Facilities Maintenance provider, well-known within the industry for being fast-growing. You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites. The purpose of this role is to carry out technical repairs and PPM's.

Day to day duties for the role:

* Ability to maintain/ repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. fans, pumps and compressors to recognised standards
* Ability to distinguish colours to the standard required for HVAC maintenance and repair
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Competent in the use of steps and ladders
* Ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces etc.

Requirements for the role:

* NVQ Level 3 - Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Vent (essential)
* ACS Gas - COCN1, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 - Air conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
* City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

Desirable for the role:

* City & Guilds 5831 Electrical Safe Isolation (desirable)
* City & Guilds 18th Edition (desirable)
* Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications
