The Job

To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing site in Liverpool we are looking for experienced Customer Services Associates to join a new campaign for one of our much valued and established clients.

The office is located in a modern office close to Moorfields Station near the Cavern Quarter in Liverpool. This is easily accessible by car, foot or public transport. Please note there is no on-site parking.

Your Responsibilities

Working as part of the Inbound Customer Service team for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of campaign promotions and activities

* Handling all customer interaction including requests for pricing, delivery dates, sales campaign enquiries, order processing, dealing with carrier issues as well as aftersales support, in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional manner
* As a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channels (inbound calls and emails)
* Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
* Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems ► Advising customers on the best services available
* Building rapport with customers
* Providing a value add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
* Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
* Identify and highlight any service related issues, incidents or trends
* Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
* Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

The Ideal Candidate

* Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer
* A passion for delivering first class customer service
* Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Good social and interpersonal skills
* Good listening skills
* Flexible enough to work as a blended agent across channels, Inbound and Aftersales, handling phone and email enquiries
* Excellent problem solving skills; solution focused
* Quality focused with attention to detail
* A genuine interest in the campaign brand with experience and knowledge of Power Tools
* Empathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approach

Job Type, Hours and Pay

The role is working on a temporary basis for an on-going period of time, with potential for permanent conversion.

A start date of Tuesday 28th May is required for training, and no annual leave can be taken for the first 4 weeks whilst training so please advise if this is a problem

£8.31 per hour

The office hours are open between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with some weekend work required during busy periods. so flexibility will be required.
