Are you a meticulous and experienced Customer Services Representative with experience in dealing with a high volume of inbound calls? Keen to work in the public sector/local government? To undertake general legal, clerical, typing and administrative work as may be allocated from time to time by the Senior Solicitor (Social Services) or the Chief Legal Officer.

To provide general administrative and support services for the Social Services Solicitors.

To prepare general legal documentation (including Court papers )under supervision, as required.

To be responsible for arranging payment of Counsels' and experts' and other fees

To assist with the preparation and updating of Court bundles under direction and supervision .

To assist with filing and serving of Court papers and be responsible for collection and delivery of urgent documentation when required.

To maintain and update Excel spreadsheets .

To ensure that archives are maintained in an orderly way and to submit and retrieve files from archives when requested.


You must be a strong administrator

You must have excellent communication skills

Some previous knowledge and experience of legal and/or Local Government work would be advantageous
