About the opportunity

As a German customer service advisor your role within the business will be to help manage and maintain the multiple on-line queries from their huge customer base. The role & the responsibilities

This summer will see a huge promotion and spike in demand for the company this means you will have the chance to be involved in a great campaign throughout the summer months. if you're in between years at uni, college or are looking for a little extra cash this summer this is the job for you.

* Immerse yourself in the software and systems of the business; You will need to be social media savvy as the businesses system mimics the various platforms
* You will be expected to interact with customers on their web based platform show excellent customer service and help the customers find the solution to their problem
* Assist with shipping, order or general queries from customers
* Be inventive and creative this company are all for new ideas to boost productive so if you have an idea make it heard.

* Excellent written German skills - As this is a web/computer based role it is imperative your German is second to none!

* Web based customer service is advantageous but not essential
* Very flexible regarding working different shifts

The shifts

Customer queries can come in at any time 24/7 365 so an ability to be flexible with shifts is important if you're ideally looking for a 9-5 this may not be the role for you. You will also need to be comfortable with working either a Saturday or a Sunday twice a month. The shifts patterns are shown below;

* 6am-2pm early morning
* 8am-4pm
* 2pm - 10pm
* 4pm-12am (midnight)
* 12am (midnight) - 6am
