I am on the lookout for a Document Controller / Administrator to join a top tier construction company on a 6 month freelance role in South East London, with potential to go on longer.

The ideal candidate will have experience using 4 Projects / Viewpoint, however this is not necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Document Controller:

* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers of design reviews
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Ad Hoc administration duties
* Meeting/greeting visitors as they come in to offices

Candidate Requirements:

* Ideally have experience in Document Control
* Ideally have experience using 4 Projects
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and show a good work ethic and BE COMMITTED
