HVAP Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor HVAP- to work at a large high profile, corporate site based near Liverpool Street. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This role is offering a salary of £42,000 per annum


Job Role:

Providing line management to a team of Service Engineers whilst maintaining a proactive customer interface to ensure a high standard of both service delivery and customer care.

To lead a small team of Service Engineers to achieve service delivery objectives for a large commercial contract - with responsibility for; PPM and reactive call completion within SLA/KPI, health and safety, customer service, client facing, quality assurance, statutory compliance and adherence to company systems and procedures.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

·HV Switching

·PPM's

·FCU's

·Generators

·3 Phase power supply

·UPS's

·Data suites

·AHU's

·BMS

·Chillers

·Boilers

·Water treatments

This is a permanent position on a leading contract where the successful candidate MUST have:

·City & Guilds qualifications - Electrical

·17th /18th edition

·Must be HVAP certified

·At least 3 years Previous experience in a Lead/ Supervisory position

·Client facing, able to attend regular meetings with the Contract manager to update any outstanding issues.

·Good building services knowledge, man management skills, Self motivated, Well organised
