Project manager

I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who an immediate need for a Project manager to lead a scheme in Wells Somerset. This is a new build care home circa £7m in value.

The right candidate will be the lead on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager. This is a greenfield site, design and build contract and the project has been secured on a negotiated basis. The project is for a repeat client who this regional business have delivered a number of schemes for previously.

The project is traditional build and you will lead the site based team. The contractor work throughout Dorset and Wiltshire so ideally you will be happy to travel within this geographical area. You will have delivered other schemes over £5m as a number 1 and will ideally have experience with other multiple room accommodation schemes. (Hotels / Care facilities / student accommodation etc)

Requirements

* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Previous experience on schemes over £5m as a number 1
