I am recruiting for a school in Crawley who cater to students with behaviour difficulties and social-emotional mental health. Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference? Job responsibilities:
* Build good relationships with parents/carers and work together to support student
* Monitor pupils progress with activities and report back to the main teacher
* Challenge pupils and motivate them to reinforce self-esteem
* Make the classroom fun and enjoyable
* Building on key life skills and boosting confidence
* Build relationships and gain the children's trust to allow them to open up and speak freely
* Monitoring the progress of the children and feeding back when required
* Ensure all pupils have an equal opportunity to access education
* Attend training sessions on a weekly basis
* Act as a good role model for students and gain respect and commitment from them

Key skills:
* Be able to work off their own initiative
* Committed to safeguarding
* Must have own means of transport
* Have experience/understanding of ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, EBD
* Must have experience with SEN, care, nursing or support roles
