Are you an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years experience as a PM? My large privately owned construction client are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work on a large residential project in Flintshire, this site will include a variety of property types and will also have some community led design and build aspects to it also. So they are ideally looking for someone with varied experience, primarily in residential but having a background in Civils/Build would be advantageous.

* Large multi-use site
* £10.5m Project Vaue
* Variety of build types ie. Houses, Apartments and bungalows

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication skills
* A current CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid
* Valid Driving Licence

For the right candidate:

* Salary of £60k
* Great Package available including pension, car allowance and bonus
* Working for a key private building outfit
* Long pipeline of work for after the site has finished
