IT Implementation Specialist is required by leading Medical Device Manufacturer. They are launching and rolling out a range of new connected, implanted devices to transform the quality of life and care offered to patients.

You will partner with a wide range of hospitals and trusts around the UK to deliver the implementation of software, hardware and integration with existing hospital systems.

You will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to own and deliver the technical implementation stages. You will need a proven technical background covering IT, desktop, networking and some software support; ideally in a hospital/clinical/healthcare environment. You'll also have good project management skills along with great client facing and consulting capabilities.

Key outputs include:-

* Defining project scope & plans, including implementation approach
* End to end implementation of devices, hardware/tablets, software and connectivity
* Test device connectivity with hospital Wifi
* Project management - tracking & reporting on progress, risk and issue management, managing customer relationships and communication, identifying and resolving issues when they occur
* Lead the customer (mostly onksite NHS IT Teams) through the implementation process (end to end)
* Product demos and user training
* Testing and supervising go-live stages
* Assist in some post implementation support activities
