Are you an experienced carpenter seeking your next job in the Somerset area?

My client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join their Reactive Repairs Team.

The successful candidate will work as part of a successful team carrying out a variety of works to Occupied Properties throughout Somerset.

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with the client and other maintenance professionals.
* Covering all aspects of carpentry including;
* Bathroom and kitchen installation and repairs
* Work efficiently and economically in accordance with the current Safety Regulations
* Provide excellent customer service to customers
* Work as part of a successful team, providing an all round multi-trade service

Requirements:

* The successful candidate will ideally be confident in carrying out additional trades such as minor Plumbing, Brickwork, Patch Plastering, Decorating and Tiling.
* Full UK driving license
* NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified
* Experience working within tenanted properties
* Familiar with PDA usage
