Responsibilities

* Grow the existing Northern EU market and client base in line with company scaling and growth objectives.
* Present, promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers in both the retail and medical sectors.
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
* Attend various sales events including meetings, seminars and training.
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
* Analyse the market's potential, track sales and status reports.
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
* Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a field sales representative in either retail, medical or lingerie, preferably in EU markets.
* Proven track record closing sales quickly and efficiently.
* Demonstration of beating targets consistently.
* Attend various sales events including meetings, seminars and training.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
* Familiarity with CRM practices including salesforce along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
* Motivated to do what needs to be done to get the job done.
* Full drivers licence required.
* Interest in sustainability a plus.
* Ability to adapt to new technology and/or healthcare a plus.

This role holds a lot of responsibility, taking full accountability of an already very successful market. Our client is open to taking applications from candidates based in any EU country in the North of Europe but they must be willing to travel and must have medical device experience previously worked in this region.
