Work with the European Credit team (includes leveraged finance and private credit) to support business as usual requests from the team

Work with the European Credit business management and investment teams to document and evaluate existing governance structure and operational processes and drive ongoing improvements

Review and update operational procedures, assess and implement controls to ensure the appropriate governance system are in place

Skills:

* Experience in operations and business management within Asset Management or in a leading firm with significant exposure to the banking and finance industry.
* Experience of leveraged finance and private credit highly desirable
* Experience in financial services or consultancy and an understanding of the asset management ecosystem
* Strong analytical capability
* Excellent organizational skills
* Highly computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Highly proactive, willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
* Self-starter capable of working independently as well as an effective team player
* Ability to operate effectively to tight deadlines and prioritize
* Familiar with Business Process Management techniques (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent) desirable
