IT Service Desk Analyst / Bristol / Contract

Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst looking for your next contract?

I am looking for someone who has worked in a busy support environment and is used to providing a high level of customer service. Excellent communication skills are a must and you need to be able to establish quick working relationships.

Key Technical Knowledge:

* ITIL awareness and understanding with the ability to follow process
* Experience in 1st Line support providing a 60% first time fix rate
* Previously supported Windows Operating Systems
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Support
* Experience working with Active Directory and Exchange
* Basic network and connectivity troubleshooting
* Mobile and telecoms support (Iphones, Blackberry and Android)
