We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive PA to join our client based in Crumpsall on a
temporary basis.

Hours are Part Time - Monday, Tuesday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm with 30 mins lunch break - 24 hours/week

Pay rate: £9.31 per hour

The role will require you to:

* provide administrative and secretarial duties
* manage diaries
* arrange meetings, minute taking and send out agendas
* book travel and accommodation when required using specific booking systems
* produce reports

This is a role where attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important as well as providing excellent customer
service to stakeholders. You must be able to manage and prioritise your own workload.

Our ideal candidate would have:

* Immediate availability
* Proven track record as a PA
* Great organisational and communication skills
* Strong minute taking skills
* Confident user of Word/Excel/Power Point
* Experience managing diaries
* Able to provide references and go through a quick registration process
* Knowledge of medical terminology is essential
