* Property & Estates development duties
* Negotiating agreements for leases, licences and Service Level Agreements
* Responsible for the management of the Trust's property portfolio
* Deputise for the Senior Property Manager when required
* Ensure proper execution of all works under his/her control using appropriate contract procedures and compliance with the Standing Orders of the Trust
* To ensure that all property management works are procured using the appropriate contract procedures, as approved by the Director of Estates & Facilities (Development)
* Provide design expertise to other members of the Department as required by the Director of Estates & Facilities (Development)
* Liaison with the Trust's legal consultants
* Dealing with Land Registry matters relating to the Trust's Properties
* Facilities Management experience
* Frequent light physical effort including sitting, standing walking/frequent light effort for short periods. Light physical effort/working at heights, carrying surveying equipment and office equipment.



* Degree in Property Management or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of legislation (Building regulations, CDM, HTM, HBNs, Planning law / requirements and Codes of Practice)
* Minimum of 3 years experience of working at a senior level within a busy design office
* Familiar with AutoCad, Word, Excel, Revit & BIM
* Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and directing external consultants with regard to lease agreements and land sales
* Knowledge of appropriate Health & Safety legislation
* Driving Licence
* Experience of attending construction sites, familiar with the use of PPE and able to undertake dynamic and planned Risk Assessments for required
* Healthcare experience is essential
