Have you ever seen a child smile as they accomplish something for the first time? For some children, it could be achieving an 'A' grade or winning a football match, but for the children in this service, it's equally as challenging to use a spoon or put on their coat.

The service I am recruiting for is an autistic residential school that supports children and young people between the ages of 8 and 26 years old. If you'd like to make a difference in the lives of these individuals, apply below and we can get you started.

* Diploma training
* 24-hour staff support
* Company discounts and vouchers
* In-house training

* To listen and provide support to the young people at this school
* To adhere to all safeguarding regulations and company policies
* To provide a personalised approach to care
* To provide personal care where necessary
* To accompany residents on extracurricular activities
* To attend all training
* To remain fully engaged with the individuals in your care

* You must be able to remain calm in challenging situations
* A drivers license is preferred (but not essential)

If you're interested in this position, please contact Orwa Hameed on 02038706355 and press option 1.
