The successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly and supportive team in a lively, dynamic environment. Duties and responsibilities of this position include:

* Deputising for the acting team manager in their absence
* Managing a small, complex caseload
* Providing staff supervision for social workers

* Experience of supervising staff within Children's Services
* A Social Work qualification
* Registration with HCPC
* An enhanced DBS disclosure
