Sales Account Manager

Cardiff

£25k pa plus discretionary yearly bonus, Phone, Laptop and Tablet

Flexible Hours between 8:30am and 5pm (8 hours per day)

24 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays

Free parking on site

My client is in a position where due to huge market growth and future plans, they are now looking to add an additional Sales Account manager to their team. You will be comfortable working on your own initiative, have the ability to build and maintain relationships and get the full potential out of your accounts, whilst also growing your business through various sales and marketing techniques.

Experienced required for the role of the Sales Account Manager

* Proven background in B2B sales (essential) and with face to face sales (preferable)
* Ability to build relationships across a range of customers and market segments
* Knowledge of the full customer exposure e.g. customer service, project management
* Previous experience in managing volume accounts, and continuously showcasing new and existing product range to maximise sales
* Full UK driving license

Duties of the Sales Account Manager

* Manage a number of existing accounts, maintaining and growing the relationships and promoting the product range to increase sales
* Generate new ideas and look for commercial insights that will open up new opportunities
* Following up on leads and turning these into sales
* Regularly visit new and existing clients, pitching the products and closing the deal
* Overcome objections and open up dialogues to sell into the need
* Be dedicated to continuously learning and developing
