A provider of bespoke interior design to commercial and private properties are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive with (national remit). This is a truly exciting role to join a growing business with a rather unique product/service and assisting them grow there sales over £1million.

The majority of there current work load comes from client referrals, which this role will be involved with however the main criteria for this role is to go out and win new business as well as managing existing clients. The business has really invested in the last 12 months in there showroom and tendering process and are members of the RIBA and NBS which will help to generate leads.

The role is based working from home with travel to office require twice a month for team/sales meetings. As such you will have the responsibility but importantly the flexibility to manage your own diary as long as you work the require 40 hours a week which is monitored by a light touch reporting scheme, via diary entry's and bullet point overview of meetings with National remit.

This role reports into the Directors who have an open and honest approach and will share all details of the business with staff including full access to P&L. The directors are also keen for you to share ideas on things that have worked well in the past that can be implemented into the business and/or role.

The Package:

£24,000-£30,000 basic

OTE £50,000+ (uncapped)

Company car or Car Allowance

22 Days holidays plus BH

This role would suit someone who has experience of working with Buyers, Surveyors or Architects previously as you will be required to discuss measurements, site access, budgets etc and as such would suit someone from a building products or Building merchant background
